Yangon - BaganDay 1: ARRIVAL – YANGON
Upon arrival in Yangon, transferred to your hotel for check-in. Let’s start at the post office – a nice historic building, passing by Strand Hotel, Mahabandoola Garden and Independence Monument on the way. Next, visit famous Chauk Htat Kyi, home to a 70 meter long reclining Buddha. Stop at the Royal floating barge Karaweik Hall. Visit the Shwedagon Pagoda, with its bright golden stupa. At the pagoda observe local pilgrims and monks who offer their devotions and enjoy the amazing sunset view at the Shwedagon Pagoda.

Day 2: YANGON – BAGAN (B)
You fly early in the morning to Bagan. Begin our exploration by visiting a local market in Bagan. You will spend the day exploring the architectural masterpieces of this amazing city by visiting a diverse selection of the most important pagodas and temples. Next, get to learn more about the local culture by visiting two workshops that produce Bagan’s most famous products: lacquer and wood crafts. At the top of the Temple for sunset views, sit back and be amazed by the beauty of Bagan as you watch the sunset slowly behind the ancient pagodas.

Day 3: BAGAN AND VILLAGE (B)
Today see the true way of life for most people of Myanmar visiting villages near Bagan to see the local lifestyle. Then you will explore Bagan from a different perspective as you explore the Pony area. In the afternoon transfer late for jetty where a private wooden river boat is waiting. Sitting in the shade or on the open deck you are treated to fabulous views while navigating the Irrawaddy River to Shwezigon Pagoda. A private boat trip on the river during sunset time we hope you can show a spectacular sunset. Relax and enjoy the scenery.

Day 4: BAGAN – YANGON (B)
The morning flight back to Yangon. Next, enjoy a visit to Scott Mercad. Drive through the city and observe the influences of other cultures in the region. Collate on the tour are several religious sites such as the Cathedral of St. Mary, built in 1899, and the Buddhist monuments of Sule Paya and more than 100 years old beautiful Yangon synagogue. There you will have the opportunity to meet with Trustee of the Synagogue to learn Jewish life in the Land of the Pagoda. Next, visit Little India and Chinatown – stop greeting the sellers and let them introduce you their products – some familiar, some exotic. Overnight in Yangon
Day 5: YANGON – DEPARTURE (B)
After breakfast, free day until the transfer to the airport for the international departure flight
